How do I buy a Gig on the platform?

• On your home page, scroll on the gigs shown, alternatively you can search for the specific service you are looking for on the search bar 
• Add the Gig or service that you have settled for on your cart / click order now on the gig
• Confirm details on the order Payment page
• Complete the purchase using your preferred payment method 

 

What are the available payment options ?

·        You can purchase Gigs using PayPal

·        You can also select Paystack (Owned by Irish-American financial services company Stripe) to pay using your credit or debit card

·        Enable Single Click payments to take the hassle out of logging into your PayPal account

Alternatively, you can log into PayPal for each purchase.

How do I use a Promo Code/ Coupon code?
If you got a Coupon Code, apply it during the checkout process.

To apply Coupon Codes:

1.    Click Order now on the Gig you would like to purchase.

2.    This takes you to the payment page

3.    Before placing your order, click Apply coupon code under "Summary" > Apply > Place Your Order.

Note: Coupon Codes can't be applied to an ongoing order—meaning Coupon Codes are not able to be added retroactively. Once the order has been placed without the Coupon Code being used, it can't be applied later.
