How to Close Your Account

Our goal at Heuristic Heights is to become your workplace of choice. We're sorry if you feel as though we aren't truly yours.

 

Please contact our Heuristic Heights’ customer support team if you're experiencing a frustrating problem and haven't already done so. They'd be happy to try to assist. The steps are listed below in case you decide to depart after all.

 

Close my account

 

The first step in closing/erasing your account and deleting your data from Heuristic Heights is to make sure that all activity—pending, active, and open activity—has been completed

To deactivate your account:

1.    On your home page › Click your profile > Settings > Account

Settings 

 

2.    Scroll down to ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION

 

3.    Click Deactivate Account

 

What happens when you deactivate your account?

• Your profile and services won't be shown on Heuristic Heights anymore.
•  Any open orders will be canceled and refunded.
•  You won't be able to re-activate your Services.
•  You won't be able to restore your account.

Please withdraw your revenues before deactivating your account.
