How to add feedback as a buyer
1. Log in and click Notifications from the top menu bar.
2. You’ll see a Notification that says “Donald” completed your order. Click on it and scroll down to see the banner to rate your seller.
How do I leave my seller a tip?
Once an order is marked as "Completed," you have the option to leave a tip for your seller. The tip option will be available after you have rated your seller. There is an input box where you can leave a message for the seller a review of your seller's work, or to simply say "thanks." Then input the amount.
How much can I tip my seller?
The minimum amount of a tip is $5 and we don’t have a set maximum at the moment
Once you click Tip Now, the tip amount will be deducted from your Heuristic Heights’ shopping balance. If there are no funds in your Shopping balance, you will be redirected to the payment page.
Note: All transactions including tips are required to pay the service fee.
Why does Fiverr charge tipping fees?
Tipping creates a transaction, and as such, the tip is subject to the Heuristic Heights service fee.
Heuristic Heights does not differentiate between tips and regular orders.
